The YMCA College of Physical Education

Management has expanded its service in project by establishing a special school for mentally challenged children in 2006. To improve physical, mental fitness and co-ordination, it offers recreation therapy, aquatherapy, yogasana, gymnastics and calisthenics. Wading pool was constructed under the financial assistance from UGC towards innovative programme and is being used to give aquatherapy for mentally challenge children. The wading pool is also utilized for summer coaching camp in swimming for normal children under 7 years.
